      I had the opportunity to join London Stock Exchange Group, a leading global organization in financial sector, by supporting the Italian branch Borsa Italiana as well as the Romanian branch (CoE for IT services). Role purpose was essentially to review Facility Operations across countries and define improvement plans, aiming at cost optimization and service/quality standardization (consistency across sites), while clarifying the value proposition for internal customers.Great part of the tenure has been focused on supporting the organization in navigating COVID19 impact: protecting employees’ health during pandemic crisis, defining a new real estate strategy aligned with hybrid working models when finally exiting the emergency.
