Software Development & Leadership AccomplishmentsParticipated in all phases of Pegasystems programming life cycle, including Receive, Route, Report, Research, Resolve, and Respond.Debugged & enhanced automated Release of Pended Financial Trades workflow, saving the Call Center approximately 1 hour per day. Enhanced workflow displayed previously unavailable information, such as individual rejection messages.Proactively analyzed Usage Reports and identified mathematical and logical flaws, rewrote and made recommendations on unterminated calls and call reason reporting; identified issues in the Internet PIN workflow and fixed before it came to the notice of the users. This was broken down into discrete, actionable sections, with extensive cross-referencing and hyper-links to maximize usability.
