      Design Processes: Complete breakdown of design concepts for basic budgetary purposes. Quantify the breakdowns for material usages based on specific projects or concept requirements. Verify breakdowns compiled by junior department members. Department documentation: Complete and approve Initial Sample Inspection Reports. Compile and complete Engineering Change Control documentation. Compile Bill of Materials for final costing before project handover. Compile presentation of Design concepts using 3D models, sketches and other information and data available. Document and distribute accurate meeting minutes, from department meetings, design reviews and customer presentations. Procurement: Use all resources available to them to source nonstandard fittings, parts and material for project requirements. Plan procurement for in initial pre-production orders. Ensure delivery dates are met with regards to development placement orders. Ordering of samples, and or nonstandard components for development of parts and projects.
