Besides I also worked on inquirys and was involved in a TMS system implementation and was also in charge of the training and outsourcing of tasks to a service center.

  The DMP program is a within the company developed program to train their people. It stands for 'deugro most promising' and can be seen as a management trainee program. Within a 2 year period the locations will change on a regular basis (average 3 months in each country) to get to know the local work structure / culture etc.The responsibilities will vary with the different locations but the focus is on project forwarding.Locations so far: Hanau, Germany / Abu Dhabi, UAE / Wellington, New Zealand / Singapore / Houston, Texas/ Shanghai, China Currently in: Johannesburg, South Africa Show less
