  Responsible to the Senior Associate Director for Student Affairs for assisting with the administration of a residence hall community of up to 2,000 residential students. Instruct a 300-level, 3 credit course every spring semester (Higher Education 302). Provide supervision, training, and evaluation for up to 4 coordinators, one administrative assistant, and up to 54 resident assistants. The position began as an assistant director in 2013 and moved to an associate director position in 2017.
