  I began in Metlife in a reporting role, working on Solvency II readiness for the Branches around Europe. My current role is as a development actuary reporting to the Model Development Lead. I was promoted to management grade in 2014 and I currently lead a team of two students working on a range of projects, from improvements to the current process, to new developments. Primarily this has been in relation to Solvency II however recently i have begun to broaden my horizons onto Embedded Value. Show less
