Ensure all campaign content is approved from a technical perspective and in line with brand guidelines. · Budget management including maintenance of cost trackers and finance procedures for raising purchase orders, invoicing against work completed, and submitting necessary forms to set up new suppliers, as required. Measure marketing development funds (MDF) accrued vs. spent and submit claims within deadlines. · Manage the Vendor areas on the Ultima intranet ( The Hub) and supporting the build of an effective vendor promotion area on www.ultima.com ensuring that the user experience is second to none by managing a monthly content management and delivery process · Manage vendor related events including webinars to help inform our customers of our partnership leadership to deliver the right products, solutions and services in the areas of Cloud, Security, Digital Workspace and Managed services Show less • Develop the communications strategy and 12 month calendar for all internal activities.       Marketing Award Hitachi Vantara Feb 2024 Ultima received the Marketing Award at Hitachi Vantara's partner conference on 8th February 2024. This award recognised the joint campaign I led focusing on upcoming legislation around DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act). The goal of this campaign was to drive the awareness of upcoming legislation allowing customers time to put adoption strategies in place.
