As part of the initiative, UNICEF selected a set of diseases to guide the development of packages of support in order to build capacity across the organization to prepare and respond to epidemics. In this position, I am responsible to coordinate the writing and the development of UNICEF public health emergencies TOOL KIT in collaboration with experts from CDC and WHO. The kit includes a series of “technical operational guides” for teams in the field to prepare and respond to epidemics (Ebola, Marburg, Rift Valley Fever, ZIKV, Diphtheria, Avian and Pandemic flu).
