During the course of my tenure we grew to seven locations with a five fold increase in annual sales and a four fold increase in gross profit. I also managed our cryogenic (bulk industrial gas) business and focused a portion of my time on eliminating obsolete inventory and improving our cash reserves.

  Oversaw the day-to-day operations of this family-owned business through a transition period from the first to second generation of ownership and senior management. During this period, the company had an opportunity to acquire a new product line to market throughout the US and Canada. I transitioned to negotiating the agreement with the multi-national firm that became our supplier as well as was responsible for the procurement and marketing of the new products.
