    • Chilltrol Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.

      May 1996 - Mar 2000
      Senior Service Technician

I started with Chilltrol as a lower/middle range service technician who was given maintenance and residential service repair and eventually found myself being dealt the most difficult and complex residential and commercial jobs. I was the technician they depended on to handle the strange systems that other technicians were unable to repair because i was able to look at the systems and find a way to resolve the problems correctly. They knew i wasn't satisfied with "its working". I wanted to know how? why? and was it perfect! If I couldn't answer all three questions i wasn't leaving the job. I didn't miss one day of work in my entire employment with Chilltrol and I learned many things I am very grateful for. Show less
