Led Air Force Mortuary Affairs Program for 3 Air Force Wings consisting of 6.5K personnel Supervised team to ensure streamlined operations of a $2 million/700 room lodging facility, which supported 18 military and 148 civilian personnel for Mega Base consisting of Army, Navy, Marine, Coast Guard and Air Force services and managed and administered Information Security Program for 1,400 personnel. Implemented Air Force, Major Command, and professional military education policies, programs, and procedures. Processed incoming students, conducted student evaluations and provided counseling and remedial instruction through group review and self-study. Maintained and updated lesson plans, textbooks, tests, measurement devices, student workbooks, handouts and lesson aids. Created and maintained visual aids in support of classroom instruction.

  Provides senior leadership and management advice on effective and economical management of overall inspection and self-assessment practices and provide advice, training, and support to serviced organizations by creating an innovative management culture and operating methodology. Applies methods under the Air Force Inspection System (AFIS) with particular emphasis on MICT and Continuous Process Improvement to provide the unit/installation commander with an accurate, continually updated assessment of assigned forces. Assesses the various services and processes provided by the unit/installation in order to determine their state of disciple, effectiveness, efficiency, mission readiness, and resource utilization.
