      My job was to make the conceptual design of Fire Fighting,plumbing and Medical Gas pipeline systems by:1- preparing the piping networks layout drawing using autocad 2D and Rivet MEP for 3D modeling.2- identifying the accepted piping sizes according to codes and standards (NFPA,HTM, andEgyptian codes)3- working on the required hydraullic calculation to validate the system design integrity and readiness for application.

      Job Responsibilities: - Weekly site visits on all planned activities in order to develop a work plan, identify spare parts, tools, resources, and any additional PPE as part of work readiness.- Planning for plant shutdowns and turnarounds and prepare a full data package for each equipment that will be maintained during these events. - Using Maximo to track work orders, create service requests, monitor the available items in the inventory and make purchases requisitions for the required items. - Using Navisworks to facilitate communication with the team while illustrating where the equipment is on-site and identifying any physical obstructions that may exist. - Comply with international standards and codes (such as ASME and API) when performing any job. - Performing risk assessment for all jobs, taking into account the harm that may exist for people, the environment and economic losses and how to prevent them, as well as recovery measures in the event of an incident. - Develop a Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Permit to Work (PTW) for each activity to ensure that all steps are covered and that risks are identified properly with their corresponding mitigations. - Follow up on-site work by giving Toolbox Talk (TBT) before any work to ensure that all the work parties are aware of the risks that may exist at each step and measures to prevent any harm. - Issue reports and lessons learned for complex jobs to be used as a guide for similar jobs in the future. - Committing to report any hazard observation / near miss / incident and take action correspondingly to ensure safe operations.
