Here's a breakdown of my key area responsibilities:1.Mentoring and Guiding Students: Student Success Specialists acted as mentors, providing guidance and support to students throughout their learning experience. This involved helping them set goals, develop study habits, and navigate course materials.2.Academic Support: They didn't directly teach, but they connected students with the right resources to improve their understanding of the subject. This involved recommending specific learning materials, exercises, or even connecting them with tutors.3.Technical Support: Many Student Success Specialists also provided technical support, especially if they worked for a company that offered online learning platforms or educational apps. They helped students troubleshoot technical difficulties and ensured they could access the learning tools effectively.4.Communication and Motivation: They acted as a bridge between students, parents (if applicable), and the institution. This involved regular communication to monitor progress, address concerns, and offer encouragement to keep students motivated. Overall, Student Success Specialists played a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and successful learning experience for students. They wore many hats, but their ultimate goal was to help students achieve their academic goals.In this role, I have solved the queries of students and parents.
