  Activities and Societies: My Bachelor's thesis is a part of the <<Gut OncoMicrobiome Signatures (GOMS) associated with cancer incidence, prognosis and prediction of treatment response>> in RECETOX, a scientific research center of Masaryk University. I focus on association rules mining in tumour microbiome. Results of my work will be presented publicly, and published in a peer-reviewed journal. I focus on analyzing complex data comprising design of the experiment, data management, and consequent statistical analysis including data-driven generation of hypotheses and interpretation of results. I've also taken multiple introductory courses into modern programming frameworks such as JavaScript, Python, R and also UNIX and HTML.

  Conducting a pioneering research project for my diploma thesis on the influence of intratumoural heterogeneity in patients with colorectal carcinoma. Analyzing transcriptomic data from tumor sections, including the invasive front, to identify more accurate predictors of relapse compared to gene expression of the whole tumor. By comparing classifiers and interpreting the results, I aim to contribute valuable insights to improve early detection and prognosis in colorectal cancer.
