  HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, builds and manages comprehensive fitness solutions for leading companies and organizations.I relocated back home to South Carolina and managed our program with Michelin which included facilitating the development, implementation, and delivery of outcomes-focused programs around client employee health and wellness for over 2,600 employees.I directed the utilization of fitness center-based programs, health education activities, motivational programs, and special events. I also marketed our programs to employees through various educational events.I led a reimbursement project for over 1,000 employees and was tasked with leading it again the following year. On our second go around with it we reduced errors and improved the ease of submission with a new website.During the pandemic, I created weekly virtual exercise routines to maintain employee engagement.
