  Project Attended: Qatar Rail - Gold-line Metro Underground Project. The Doha Metro is an integral part of the Qatar Rail Development Program (QRDP). Consisting of 4 lines, the Metro network will cover the Greater Doha area and will include connections to town centers and vital commercial and residential areas throughout the city. In central Doha, the Metro will be underground, whilst at the outskirts it will mainly be at ground level or elevatedMohammed Jeseem was in charge of all the Low Voltage, Extra Low Voltage installation works consisting Motor Control Centers, Distribution Boards, Fire Alarm System, Earthing & Bonding System, Central Battery System, Lighting Control System, Automatic Transfer Switches, internal and external electrification of light and power cable laying. Furthermore Mohammed Jeseem was tasked to conduct all the testing and commissioning activities of Low Voltage electrical systems including FDA, MCC, SMDB, DB, ATS, Earthing & Bonding system, panels & Mechanical equipment i.e., FCU, AHU, Fans & Pumps.   Projects Attended: 1) Dubai Route 2020 Project Constitute: Thales delivered the driver less train signaling technology, as well as integrated supervision, communications, passenger services, security and fare collection systems to upgrade and extend Dubai Metro Redline for World Expo 2020. Known as Route 2020, the 15 km extension will include seven stations to connect the existing network with the Expo 2020 site.2) Doha Metro-Phase 1 Project Constitute: Thales delivered the Tele-Communications & Supervision System (TSS) along the Red, Green & Gold Line sections of Phase-1, including remote operations from the Integrated Control Centre and the Emergency Control Centre (ECC)Mohammed Jeseem was responsible for Configuration, Testing and Commissioning works of Operational Control System. Mohammed Jeseem validated the interfaces between Operational Control System and other 3rd party systems (Power Distribution System, Building Management System, Platform Screen Doors, Rolling Stock, Station & Tunnel Fire Detection and Alarm, Automatic Fare Collection Gates, Public Addressing System, Passenger Information System, CCTV Coordination functions). Mohammed Jeseem was liaising with the clients Road Transport Authority (RTA) for Dubai Route 2020 project and Qatar Rail for Doha Metro-Phase 1, in order for commissioning works to be undertaken. Liaise with The Contract and The Commercial Team to ensure compliance with the scope of work, and organize regular meetings with clients and relevant stakeholders, manage the submission of deliverables on time and within stipulated budgets, track progress, and maintain records such as Minutes of Meetings (MOM). Ensure that test designs maximize early identification of defects, resolve problems and conflicts, manage the Engineering Change Process, raise Change Requests (CR), and raise and manage the RFIs with The Subsystem scope owners & Civil Works Partner in case clarifications are required in the design changes, liaise with different stakeholders, and ensure that changes have been taken into consideration in the Interface Design.
