  Engaged though Terra Firma to provide project management expertise for the Digital Products area within nbn to deliver a number of strategic projects as vital components of the Multi-Technology Mix initiative.A key project within nbn's corporate Multi-Technology Mix strategy was the incorporation of additional network technologies into the Atlas Wayfinder mobile app. This project was in two parts. The first part was to visualise Telstra’s copper network for inclusion of the Fibre To The Node (FTTN) and Hybrid Fibre-Coaxial (HFC) network technologies. The second part was to port the iOS app to Android for availability to nbn’s delivery partners.After the successful completion of this project the assignment was extended to assist Digital Products with scaling their delivery model for inclusion of their product suite within nbn’s corporate integrate release delivery process. The engagement managed the delivery from initial three projects within the corporate integrated release, to six with the next and then ramping up to the inclusion of twelve concurrent projects meeting all of nbn’s governance gates and milestones.At the end of the engagement concurrently managed 13 projects across multiple Agile teams representing over two thirds of Digital Products program.   A key building block to the Australia Red Cross 2020 Strategy was the leveraging of IT data communications to connect Red Cross remote centres using unified communications technologies such as Skype into a vertical community. This required a new core network and upgraded IPWAN network that integrated seamlessly into Red Cross’ physical data centre and their Cloud instances within AWS.
