  In this position, I have coordinated and hosted over 100 webinars, developed online learning classes, implemented an open enrollment training program of over a 15 trainings a year, worked with agencies and organization to implement sustainable peer based programs including planning training and technical assistance with partner organizations, and serve as part of the executive team to fulfill and forward our mission. The Copeland Center provides education and training to people seeking to lead WRAP Groups and change the mental health system to be recovery focused.In this position, I was responsible for all education and outreach to grassroots networks, developing an online presence, working with systems administrators to create recovery oriented services and programs, and managing technology and technological innovations for the organization.
