Provided weekly reports on growth charts and part pedigree to the STA Manager.•Resident STA in 2014 in Horizonte, CE, supporting key milestones responsible for solving AIMS (Supplier Quality issues), successfully addressing over 120 issues using the Global 8D methodology.•Critical process improvements at key suppliers to enhance productivity, eliminate restrictions and boost performance metrics such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and Cp / CpK.
