      Bodytech (www.bodytechgym.com) is the major medical and sports centers in Colombia with presence in more than 7 countries. During my tenure, my role was to analyze and design the quality and operational processes of the sales department, in order to contribute to the ISO 9002 company certification. I had to analyze the commercial process for 30 sales representatives and for the Sales Manager, in order to optimize the team KPI´s.Additionally, my university thesis consisted on an expansion plan for the company, that some years later, contributed to penetrate several LATAM markets during the next decade.
