  As Executive Director of NATN / SEEDs I am responsible for development, supervision and maintenance of the NATN/SEEDs Program, Cup O’Karma Cafe, HearHer.Org, workforce development project, legal advocacy project, transitional housing program, job training opportunities and other personal improvement, program development, and revenue generating projects. Job responsibilities include: grant writing and grant reporting; including data collection, methods and instruments to collect data, financial oversight and conformity; Maintain compliance of licensing, permits and indemnity as it pertains to SEEDs, Cup O’Karma, social networking and future ventures. Expansion of fundraising and funding opportunities. Coordination and facilitation of events; Representation of NATN/ SEEDs at business, community and social events; Assisting the Director of Development and Grants, Coordinator of Advocacy & Support Services, Program Manager, Senior Support Administrator, Case Managers, Advocates and House Managers with projects.
