  Demand-Supply Management – Identify and track requirements across unit and assign available resources if any. Organize external hiring, full time employee or contractor as per business requirement. Track open demands, status, ageing and report to leadership. Forecast hiring needs. Utilization Management – Drive utilization to effectively manage the resource deployment across projects. Track and derive utilization using time reports, forecast utilization using sales pipeline and plan resource allocation. Plan and execute cross project deployment of additional available resources. Identify skill upgrade trainings / cross skill trainings to maximize utilization.Mobility and Cross Border Assignments – Handle resource deployment across locations. This info is a direct input for client billing in finance.• Unbilled / available people identified and initiated cross project deployments.
