  - Responsible for helping to implement technology infrastructure for new office builds and office relocations.- Help to maintain project plans and timelines for all build-outs, major office relocations, and rollout of any corporate-wide technology.- Coordinates with other groups for scheduling new office build-outs and office relocations. Schedules personnel to install and test technology hardware in support of these projects.- Help implement technology infrastructure for Leaderboard display technologies, Cable/Satellite, cellular building technologies, hoteling, and physical plant and security systems.- Executes employee moves and relocation of computers and related peripheral equipment at all Insperity locations. This requires close coordination with the Facilities Development team.- Participates in inter-departmental projects enhancing teamwork and knowledge.- Ensures that resolutions to service requests and issues are followed through and resolved expeditiously.- Coordinates activities in computer rooms/IDFs. This includes arranging with the Facilities department for the installation/relocation of power and data cabling.- Also responsible for the scheduling of maintenance of computer room support equipment such as UPSs and HVAC units. - Schedules and maintains the workload for all contractors that work directly for the Technology Facilities department. This includes but is not limited to IST, Xerox, Schneider Electric Smart-UPS units.- Monitors Leaderboard devices and fleet of Smart-UPS units via StruxureWare.- Documents all the technology facilities information for each site. · Help identify opportunities and recommends solutions for improving service efficiency and effectiveness; participates in IT initiatives to address service issues.
