Manage workshop team performance and development plans to support high levels of performance team and the achievement of business objectives. Technical CompetencyManage the technical competency levels of the workshop team to ensure satisfactory levels of competency and performance to ensure servicing of Draeger products meets required standards at all times. This includes keeping up to date competency level records, assessment program and schedules and personal competency recovery programs. Service Loan Pool ManagementManage the pool of service loan devices (including budget and expenses, double swap program and approvals) to ensure the devices are fully maintained and in good working order to meet the requirements of our customers and service agreements. Technical TrainingCo-ordinate the technical training program for the service team in accordance with the company course schedule, scope and budget.Technical Complaints and Escalation Resolve customer technical issues/complaints by taking appropriate action and or raising escalation status to ensure issues are resolved within shortest timeframe and to the satisfaction of customers and Draeger.Tools and Test EquipmentEnsure maintenance and calibration program for service tools and test equipment is undertaken to ensure test equipment and tools are calibrated and in good working order. The includes ensuring that the calibration register is maintained, undertaking of tool and test equipment audits, processing requests for new tools and test equipment and keeping a tools and test equipment listing.
