  My last role with IBM was that of Technical Solution Manager for Banking Domain.Before that, I have worked in various capacities as Business Analyst, Team Lead, Test Manager for various projects.Major Projects:1. Aviva Managed Testing Services Project (UK):Test ManagerI was based at client site as Test Manager. This project dealt with end to end test management of projects that are aligned to each release in the General Insurance vertical of Aviva. The project followed a multivendor onsite-offshore model with Test Managers based onsite in UK and the rest of the test team based in India. As part of this project, have done test management for projects following waterfall, RAD and Agile methodologies.2. PTS Test Utility Project:Business TesterThe project which took care of the SIT effort for banking applications of our client, a leading European bank with worldwide presence. I played the role of the business analyst as well as the test lead for messaging applications after leading transitioning of the applications to IBM.Main Responsibilities during Transition Phase: Creation of Knowledge Transfer Plans for these applications, Creation of AID, mentoring the team of test engineers 3. Flexcube Implementation Project at Canara Bank: Worked as a member of Level 1 Application Support team.The project involved migration of Bank branches from existing legacy systems to Flexcube Core Banking Solution. Additional Contributions:As client value add, I created two tools using Visual Basic for automated analysis and creation of SQL patches for some recurring standard issues.
