  Anytime Toilet or as we used to call it; ATT was a mobile application aimed at collaborating with restaurants to make their restrooms available for app users. The journey with ATT was the period of mistakes and learning from those mistakes.I forced myself to learn new skills needed to align with our objectives.I started looking into website development (Wordpress), App design (Figma), Web Analytics (Google Analytics) and Basic SEO.

  Digital Assurance Virtual Case Experience

  Forage offers a virtual casework for interested ones and I participated in the one that was about analysing the PWC insurance dataset. Currently, my postgraduate specialisation is Business Analytics. I was curious as to what types of tasks an analyst might be assigned in the workplace. I recognised the above mentioned Forage Case Work as an opportunity to do so, therefore I enrolled in this program. Through this, I learned how to work remotely. I also learnt how to put some of the fundamentals I had acquired in my university's analytics courses into practise. Overall, it was a great opportunity for me to learn. Show less

  Common Ground on Climate

  Research and Analysis

  I had the opportunity to work with an incredible team called "Common Ground on Climate" as part of Work Integrated Learning (WIL), one of the units in my postgraduate programme at Deakin University. The team was trying to come up with one major answer to Australia's climate problem. As a small part of this noble task, I analysed over 100 green ideas from the website Ideaspies using two basic metrics: "Impacts" and "Feasibility."   Deakin Talent FreelancingHUB offers great chances to Deakin University students. It facilitates collaboration between non-profit organisations and groups of multi-cultural, dynamic, multi-faculty students. The group will work on the project deliverables provided by the assigned organisation throughout the internship duration. I worked alongside 6 outstanding students to complete given objectives from Nunawading Toy Library. I worked as a Client Liaison, Team Scriber, and worked directly on the library's Local Marketing Strategy. Show less Returning students at Deakin University can mentor incoming students through the Student Mentor programme. As a mentee in this programme, I saw firsthand the influence mentors can have on new students. I was scared when I first started university, and my mentor helped me adjust to Deakin. I saw the importance of this assistance and wanted to repay it. Hence, I joined the program as a mentor and in the end, I was also recognized for Outstanding Contributions as well. I will also be joining as a mentor in this program in coming trimesters too. Show less
