  I was one of the founders of the company in 2009. Started first company’s projects with videomapping in Moscow theatres. Started as a programmer then switched to analytical and management tasks and producing of the projects. I was the lead manager of theatre projects of the company together with advertising and event projects, expo, shows etc.Providing technical management on set and video mapping tech support.

  The Bolshoi Theatre

  I worked in The Bolshoi Theatre from its Historical Stage opening after major reconstruction. Formally I was in the position of Deputy Head in Department of Video and Informational Technologies, but since there was no actual Head of the Department in fact I was the leader of the Department and conducted all organizational, administrative and technical production work. The Department was responsible for video projection in all theatre shows and events, together with providing signal source for all rented video equipment (LED screens, LCD screens etc.)There was very sophisticated video projection & IT system in the Theatre, including mediaservers, fiber-optics channels for transferring video signal, 10 of Barco large venue projectors (30 000 and 20 000 ANSI lumen) and other video and IT equipment big enough for providing large scale architectural video mapping. Except technical producing of video projection in the Theatre shows and the Department management work I also coordinated communication with other Theatre departments (Stage lighting, Set decorations etc.) In The Bolshoi Theatre this is like a big factory machinery.Before reconstruction there was no Video Department in the Bolshoi so I had to organize it right from the start and integrate it to the Theatre Departments interaction mechanism. Which I succeeded eventually. On the opening the Theatre administration had to call some subcontructors to provide video projection in the shows but eventually I gathered the video engineers team in the Department, so it was no need anymore to involve external specialists to provide video projection.
