  As a Director of Finance, I'm all about making numbers work to drive success. With a strong focus on financial reporting and risk management, I've helped businesses grow, turn profits, and manage risks effectively. My passion lies in developing financial strategy,planning smart finances, budgeting wisely, forecasting and explaining complex money matters in a simple way with the help of technology and innovations and strong hold on financial modeling. I was in charge of a team called DaaS (Developers as a Service) at Parallel Minds. My main job was to help this team grow by making more money and hiring more people. At the same time, I also managed the money side of the company, handling finances to support the growth of the team. I was in charge of two important parts of the company: finances, people and corporate governance. This meant I handled money matters and also took care of aspects related to the employees, like hiring and making sure everyone was doing well at work. My job was to make sure everything ran smoothly in these areas to help the company grow and succeed. As a Finance Manager, I oversaw the company's money matters. My role involved managing budgets, regulatory compliance, keeping track of expenses,financial analysis, cash flow management and helping the business make good financial decisions. I analysed financial data, prepared financial reports (protections including Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account),cash flow management, capital management, treasury management and provided insights to support the company's growth and success.
