Its missions are as follows:- Report directly to the President of RIDD.- Be in permanent contact with the Executive Board.- Build a team while respecting the areas defined in the organization chart and the corresponding positions. Supervise and motivate this team.- Define the strategic objectives of the coordination according to those fixed by the Executive Board.Validate the means to be put in place in order to achieve these objectives.- Guarantee the actions to be carried out in coordination.- Convene the various national meetings and assemblies.- Carry out the annual coordination review.
