  During the Covid-19 pandemic, I was part of the SNS-24 reinforcement teams. The SNS 24 is a telephonic service, part of the Portuguese National Health Service. The team I managed (around 32 people each shift) worked as a screening service for patients with respiratory symptoms or people with a Covid-19 high-risk contact.I was tasked to help guide around 600 medical students on how to apply medical screening algorithms.
