      LinkPlus Offshore started as a web design company and later transformed to become a full service web design and internet marketing company primarily serving US based companies.I initially joined the company (previously LinkTree) as an inside sales rep and quickly moved on to become a sales ops supervisor, managing 10+ sales reps primarily selling web-based services over the phone. As the company grew and merged with another offshore company (LinkPlus Offshore), I transitioned into a QA guy (web projects and usability), and in between developed some tech chops that later helped me to become a well-rounded digital marketer.       I co-founded a boutique CRO agency that no longer sees the light of the day.       CloudFactory provides a unique combination of innovative tech and professionally managed workforce solution to process large amount of human data work in a fraction of the time that in-house teams and/or outsourcing companies can do. - Joined as the first marketer when the company was just evolving away from founder-led evangelization and almost no marketing to help refine ICP and clarify the company category.- Re-positioned the company from a "crowd labor provider" into a provider of "tech-forward and scalable workforce solution for routine back-office data work" that proved be instrumental in closing a $5M Series A round.- Executed the first enterprise GTM motion that accelerated our market traction, and in about 18 months, we passed $3M in ARR from a couple of beta customers.- Kick started the production of MoFU and BoFu content pillars: ebooks, case studies, data sheets, and demos - Led the implementation of Hubspot marketing software, and kick started the production of landing pages, marketing workflows, and lead qualification criteria, which is now a core part of generating MQLs.- Served as the go-to resource for VoC, competitive intel, product positioning, sales enablement and pricing experiments.CloudFactory has since raised $75M to date.       Grepsr is a streamlined data extraction platform that helps you to bring and consume data from the deep web to power your applications and business processes – all without learning or configuring complex software tools. During the 2 and half years with Grepsr, I worked with the founders to build the core marketing blocks as well as helped to refine and re-launch their service platform + led the launch of new set of self service tools and features. By the end of first 1 year period, growth had greatly accelerated relative to a year prior to our engagement. This was achieved without a significant increase in marketing spend.- Simplified the product and UX, on-boarding process, and subsequently grew signups by 250% without any increase in marketing spend.- Repositioned the company from “web scraping service provider for everyone” into a “streamlined data extraction platform for busy professionals.”- Led implementation of product analytics (Mixpanel) to add value to every customer touch-points, which would later become the foundation for Grepsr to scale to its ambition.- Launched experimental marketing projects, including led the launch of the free DIY tool (chrome extension), which is now a core part of generating product-qualified leads with hundreds of trials started monthly.- Kick started the production of case studies. onboarding email series, and increased the long-tail organic leads by 5X for the self-service offer. Brands like Visa, Renasant Bank and First National bank uses RAIN to meet new account openings target, increase cross-sell and upsell, introduce new products, and strengthen brand loyalty.- Managed 7 figure annual advertising spend- Built fulfillment function, hiring and leading the team responsible for launching, managing and optimizing campaigns across programatic DSPs, search, social, and content.- Produced over 25% rate savings from existing media buying budgets in FY19 via consolidated media buying and optimized campaign structure.- Oversaw advertising of 15+ banks and 100+ campaigns and ensured all the KPIs were met without overlapping the markets- Led the re-design of RAIN's digital assets - reporting dashboard, software, website and landing pages- 20% served as the interim Head of Marketing Show less
