      Responsible for the general management and delivery of a team of c.60 people. The department is made up of 5 sub functions, each delivering a different service: Scripting & Data Processing, Coding, Media Tech, Dashboard, Charting.Responsibilities include business planning, offshore management, budget delivery, quality management and people development. This was a people focused role to implement and embed a change management programme within the department. Key focuses were; management coaching, training, team building, communications planning, restructuring. Project Management lead on key accounts. Included planning, research design, financial and client management. Lead a team of 15 project managers of all different levels. Through the team I was responsible for the delivery of a large portfolio of clients. Was responsible for resourcing, training, financial management and quality standards. Joined as a trainee project manager working on a wide range of f2f uk, international and web projects.
