      My research as a professor has focused on presentations, PowerPoint use, communication for connection, leadership, generational differences, and first year experiences. From this platform I speak to faculty and industry leaders about communication connection, student success and retention, and other aspects of presentation. Leadership, communication, first year issues, and context can all be sub-themes in these keynotes and workshops. Since 2010 I have spoken in various venues from LA to DC and Ohio to Miami.
