  My primary duty was to contribute to the development and support of our Consumer Information (CIS) system.Led a year-long project to rewrite our service orders option, bringing many user interface and functional improvements. The "all-in-one-place" nature of the UI was a big hit with customers.I designed and wrote our next-generation bill print software. Using this software, we could print bills that rivaled a dedicated print shop in quality.
