  Key Deliverables:. Digital Transformation project – Implementing Charging Catalog template-based solution to enhance stc customer experience capability and faster time to market using 5G capabilities. Deployment of 5G capable Intelligent Network (IN) Infrastructure: Directed the deployment and optimization of IN infrastructure, enhancing service intelligence and enabling advanced 5G telecommunications capabilities. Service Delivery Framework (SDF): Managed the SDF for efficient provisioning of telecom services, streamlining operations to support the rapid launch of new products and services powered by 5G technology. Global CSP Integrations: Spearheaded integrations with global Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) such as Google, Apple, and Netflix, aligning with stc’s digital transformation goals and successfully monetizing 5G technology. Data Center Management: Oversaw the installation and operation of a state-of-the-art data center for stc, providing a robust, scalable environment that supports the growing demand for cloud-based services and 5G telecom technologies. Core Processing Applications: Led the development and implementation of stc’s core processing applications, focusing on enhancing system performance and ensuring seamless integration with third-party services and platforms.- I was the PM for successful implementation of Charging system release CS-17 which is first Ericsson implementation worldwide.
