  (Since 2nd July 2007 to 31st March 2009) worked with OCL INDIA LTD as “PRODUCTIONSUPERINTENDENT” Joined as Fresh Graduate Engineer,Undergone complete 6 months training in production of Basic,Silica and Alumina-Silicate Refractories.Being an In-Charge,was looking after the entire production of the (FB & High Alumina refractory plant) plant with key responsibility in achieving and maintaining the target productivity, shift availability and quality of the products Also standardizing the production of insulating silica Bricks by planning in-plant production layout, conducting trials for norm fixation.Imparted training to the production executives in my team.Direct reporting to the General Manager (production) of the plant.At the same time worked in a PSM project named “Samriddhi” (based on Mc.Kinsey Model) as a facilitator with the GM/production (leader of the project) to increase the THROUGHPUT of Plant by 50% and preparing & presenting progress status to the CEO,President and Executive Director of the company.
