  (Major Turnaround(MTA) June 2023 until August 2023, HRC Port Dickson)  Assigned as area coordinator of Crude Distillation Unit 1 (CD1) and Flare Stack in Inplot Area for Block Production Unit 1 which consist of 83 Static Equipment.  Coordinate the major turnaround work with main package contractor, specialist contractor, technologist, engineering, inspection and operation team.  Coordinate and oversee 21 Heat Exchanger internal cleaning job pack as per job method statement and job hazard analysis.  Coordinate 4 column internal cleaning, replacement of column tray and repair work of support column tray and nozzle replacement, opening cover using mobile crane, pre-cleaning inspection , post cleaning, NDT and Box-up certificate verification.  Project Engineer overseeing the execution phase (material order and delivery, scope of work development as emergent work, coordinate the job scope with Main Package Contractor in tight schedule ) of project Tie-In such as E5M Benzene Project which contain 5 number of tie-ins, for Flare Gas Recovery Unit Project which contain 14 number of tie-ins and for Air Separator Unit Project which contain 3 number of tie-ins.  Coordinate critical tie-in of 20” using mechanical plug with operation, inspection until completion.  Coordinate Flare Stack main body and tip replacement project and troubleshoot the pilot flare burner with main package contractor, heavy lifting specialist and engineering department. Prepare scope of work for proposal to seek Tender Panel approval.  Prepare high level timeline for the project to be scheduled to finish to align with Business Plan 2024.  Chair technical clarification meeting during tendering stage, kick off meeting and progress meeting during project execution.
