  Develop, bid, and lead construction projects by working directly with the owner, tenant, architects, engineers, etc. Work directly with Project Managers to deliver project information and details to subcontractors, architects, owners, property managers, and the entire construction team. Manages project submittals, project orders, change orders, plan updates, minutes and any other necessary documentation for projects. Works with entire project team to ensure projects are completed efficiently. Manage, direct and facilitate updates and changes to Blueline's marketing program.
