  Incharge

  The India’s first project of strategic storage of crude oil at ISPRL Vizag and been directly monitored by PMO to in-take crude inside the cavern with a capacity of 1.33 MMT. Tremendous pressure was imposed by PMO to commission the plant on a SOS basis due to drastic reduce in crude price. As E&I In-charge successfully achieved this target by the dramatic increase in recourses and work in shifts which rewarded us in building the credibility for the Organization and prevented from LD situation. Crude & Product Tankage facilities Project, Paradeep - As an E&I In-charge, successfully driven the team consists of 60 Engineers/Supervisors and 620 Workmen for the project spread over the vast area of 4 sq km. Achieved Project Mechanical Clearance Certification with support of above 4 million Safe Man-hours for E&I out of 33 million Safe Man-hours in Cumulative without any Loss Time Injury (LTI).   Submit approved safety procedures, quality procedures, site management procedures, organizational chart in accordance with contractual requirements and organizational procedures.Organize Constructability sessions and ensure attendance of all functional managers.Planning and setting up temporary site facilities. Control site running costs and services.Develop scope of work for civil, mechanical, and E&I subcontracting. Pre-bid meetings with vendors for technical clarification, technical bid evaluation, organize kick-off meetings and ensure timely mobilization of subcontractors to the site.Coordination between engineering, procurement, expediting, inspection, and shipping teams to monitor and meet material deliveries (project milestones).Collaborate with site team on daily construction progress reviews.
