The position directly reports to owner.Working at the same time in 3 legal entities: Telecommunication company / Company of metal processing / Transportation company Staff – 200 employees 1) Recruitment: mass/ local and point hiring of rare experts (placement vacancies in the media, interviewing, assessing of candidates);2) HR administration in all companies (building a function “from scratch”, implementing common procedures in entities with different forms of property);3) Work with visa-free foreign employees without service companies (registration of quotas, notification of State Authorities);4) Analysis and planning (formation of a staff reserve);5) Creation of a student form of employment for new production staff (training candidates to production profession followed by an exam to hiring);6) Organization “from scratch” and execution in 3 companies blocks: Health and Safety / Fire Safety / Civil Defense;7) Preparation of documents and reporting to Pension Fund, Social Insurance Fund, Employment service, Military inspection.ACHIEVEMENTS: - HR administration and Health and Safety department were organized "from scratch" in 3 companies;- Internal training system for all categories of staff on Health and Safety and Fire Safety was created;- Turnover of production employees was decreased from 21% to 5%;- Checks of Military inspection, Pension Fund and Migration Service were successfully passed.Reason for leaving: absence of professional development.
