  Lost Coast Archaeological Significance Project-Surveyed and recorded sites using Total Station and GPS equipment, laid transects, and sampled with augering, sifting, and recording cultural and natural material

  Holmul Archaeological Project

  I have worked two field seasons as an archaeologist with this project near the Guatemala/Belize border in the Holmul River Drainage. I directed invasive excavations of structures with multiple construction phases. I directed a team of Guatemalan workers, recorded contexts and collected artifacts according to project procedures, made technical profile and plan drawings, completed lab analysis, and wrote informes in Spanish for the season report to the government.

I worked directly with in country experts and business owners, planned and led volunteer groups on international service trips, wrote and manage grants and budgets, and coordinated and participated in academic research studies to advance clean cookstove adoption and performance knowledge.
