  • Development and implementation of a multi-platform environmental monitoring concept for the urban biotope, which is based on the combined use of in-situ measured data, remote sensing data, open spatial data catalogs, digital image processing and spatial data technologies (GIS).• Development of a geo-environmental information system for the biotopes targeted by ÖKONEU; including baseline for the years 2020 and 2021.• Collection, processing and analysis of environmental information (water hydrology, geology, climate, vegetation status, landscape design, land use, biodiversity, etc.) for an area of ​​interest of approx. 4500 hectares.• Calculation of the hydrological catchment area for one (1) selected urban biotope. This task involved measuring and / or estimating the variables (e.g. evaporation, seepage, runoff, etc.) required to perform a water balance analysis of the targeted ecosystem.• Application of pixel-based multispectral classification techniques, extraction of landscape metrics (e.g. land cover, landscape share, mean patch size, etc.) and calculation of spectral indices (NDVI, NDII etc.) from Copernicus Satellite Sentinel 2 data and color infrared aerial orthomosaics of the area of ​​interest.• The planning and execution of 66 UAS flights, some of them within the no-fly zone (NFZ) Berlin Schönefeld EDDB.
