  - One of the biggest Mandarin competitions which nationally based in BINUS. We held 3 main competitions (Speech, Storytelling, and Singing) and 2 mini-contests (Poster design and Photography).- Create FAQ and the competition rules for the elimination round and final round in Indonesian and Mandarin. - Find 3 judges for every main competition and mini-contests. In total, we got 15 judges.- Create an MOA (Memorandum of Agreement) for every judge.- Collect all of the 352 participants' videos and scripts for the elimination round and final round.- Briefing with the judges about the assessment criteria.- Held a Technical Meeting (TM) with the finalist (around 25-30 finalists for every contest). - Create the assessment files for the judges and collect them to recap the finalist and winner.
