  My current position is a mixed bag of Finance, Human talent and student group logistics and planning. I work for a study abroad non-profit, based in South Africa (Head office in America). I do the month-end accounting, responsible for accounts payable and receivable. Maintain HR management system across departments, do monthly payroll, keep track of employee leave, draw up employee contracts, responsible for employee pension fund activities. In my portfolio I deal with student groups that seek to visit the campus, I draw up schedules, budgets and execute successful ecology visits to our campus. I assist withemployee grievance, disciplinary and absence management. Provide support with various HR-related issues and liaise with heads of department for resolutions.
