  Reporting to the Director of Engagement, I played a key role in designing and executing the global partner program:Revenue Generation and Relationship Management:- Established meaningful relationships with global partners, tracking impact metrics and leading quarterly business reviews to ensure partnership experience surpassed expectations- First point of contact for all inbound partner inquiries- Led strategic cold outreach to bring in net new funding opportunities and managed pipeline of partners from lead to a closed deal.- Drove sustainable revenue (90% of my closed partners remained when I left CDL)- Stewarded active partners and led training (all enterprise partnerships I managed renewed their partnership at the same or greater funding level)Global Partner Program Development and Sales Enablement:- Conducted a needs analysis by engaging prospective enterprise partners (inbound and outbound) to inform the design and development of new offerings.- Led partner management processes, building, and measuring value and developed Salesforce processes, dashboards, training sessions and manuals in close collaboration with the internal SF team- Created standard operating procedures (including partnership best practices, business development tactics, stewardship materials, tips to manage relationships and more) all to support the full CDL Global partner program which includes 13 locations world-wide.
