      Bachelor of Media Arts and Animation Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics and Special Effects

      Studied 4 years and received a bachelors in Media Arts & Animation in 2014. Was rewarded a National Silver Addy Award in Animation for contributions to a Greyhound PSA group animation project. As well as being rewarded a Gold Addy in the Southwest Region in the illustration and design category in 2014.

      Worked as an animator for an educational animated series. Was tasked at lip syncing most of the cast of characters, animating motions and creating the blocking for scenes in Adobe After Effects. As well as handled audio editing for some dialogue in Adobe Audition.

      Worked as an animator and designer for educational e-books using tools like Adobe Flash & Photoshop for using graphic elements to create interesting visuals for young readers as well as making sure desgin layouts were consistent across multiple pages and books. Have worked on 50+ books that range from the beginner reading levels to more advance material for children.

      Brought on as a lead Designer for NALIP to handle all graphic needs for their programs like the NALIP Media Summit, Latino Lens Incubators and Latino Media Fest. As well as creating motion graphics for videos and creating posts for social media on all platforms. Also handled graphics and planning for social media campaigns like the #WeAreInclusion campaign. Joined NALIP as a Digital Production Co-Coordinator for the NALIP Media Summit 2017 to handle digital needs before and during the event as well as managing the digital production crew's tasks and scheduling. Made sure the team was getting footage of the summit and that the footage was getting to our editors to create videos through the course of the event. Worked on graphics for promotional materials and videos as well.
