Show less As Sr. Coordinator of the Giant Dome Theater I help manage operations in one of the world's most advanced large dome theaters. I lead staff in engaging a diverse audience of guests in and out of the theater. My work includes providing leadership and support to Facilitator I's and a Facilitator II. I guide my team with people focused management and operational excellence. I work to ensure spending is on track and forecast future budgets for my area. I manage payroll, scheduling, program and people development, and ensure that all my work is in line with institutional needs and goals. I work to utilize the theater for company and client events. Through these projects I research content that ties to our films, and find ways to creatively engage our audiences. Show less As a Coordinator of Guest Experiences I assisted in leading Facilitator I's in providing exhibit content in a positive, fun, inclusive and educational capacity. I worked with team members to ensure exhibit content is being communicated to guests in an engaging capacity, and that staff members are proactive about addressing guest needs throughout the Museum and performing core operational job requirements. I provided leadership and guidance to Facilitator I staff, and also assisted in program delivery and engaging guests in science content through the Museum. Show less As a Facilitator I in Guest Experiences, I engaged a diverse audience of guests in science content and experiences. In my time facilitating I have learned nearly 40 individual programs, I have been trained in five temporary exhibits, I was chosen to lead VIP tours of the museum, delivered a wide variety of programs ranging from formal shows all the way to informal discussions in exhibit galleries.
