  I was both the daily manager of an infrastructure department of 12 employees, and project manager of all projects in the department. My primary task was to build up a department, from recruiting the personnel to taking charge over all ByNet Danmark’s infrastructure and secure that ByNet Danmark could handle all technical issues ourselves, which I managed successfully. I was in charge of the department budget and technical purchases. The following are some of the lead projects that I have managed: - Configuration and implementation of a new infrastructure to support ByNet Danmark moving to a new location.- Planning and physical move of ByNet Danmark’s server park from a location in Aalborg to a location in Copenhagen. I have had the responsibility of constructing UNIX standards, UNIX security baselines, tools and processes of UNIX infrastructure implementation. Besides management and teamlead my primary tasks are incident and problem management, technical project management and coordination of requests of resources.
