      Working with a small crew during COVID-19 to work on the maintenance and betterment of Camp for future programming and upcoming seasons when summer camps are to re-open. Responsible for the organization of the Camp Pathfinder swim dock throughout the summer season. Throughout the year, in preparation for summer, responsibilities include updating and curating the swimming program and recruiting and hiring lifeguards to makeup the waterfront team. Responsible for lifeguarding staff swims, free camper swims, family camp swims and facilitating camper swim tests and camper swimming lessons with the rest of the waterfront team.
