The exercise included coordination with the Mayor’s Office of Operations and at least 6 different City Agencies. The Operation was run from the Command Center that was set up within 2 days of the start of this project. The project was executed by a Team of 22 professionals highly versed in administrative as well as field operations. Abdul’s responsibilities included cataloging all records of existing non-compliances in a database system, tracking work as it was completed and providing progress reports, as well as cataloging each non-compliance and violation by type, recommending methodologies, and determining the timeframe and workforce required to address each violation.
